As the first doctor in his family, Dr. Kyle has a hardworking and honest nature forged by being raised in an industrious construction family. It’s his strong work ethic and deep family values that drives him to deliver high quality, affordable dentistry. The acronym that guides his team and his professional decision making is what he calls the PAQ Promise:
One of the reasons he chose general dentistry and not to specialize is because of the joy he finds in getting to know his patients personally. His phone is always on and his patients know he is always there for them. As he says, “I mean what I say to patients when I tell them I will treat them as family.”
Dr. Kyle loves spending time with his wife (a Pharmacist) and their two beautiful daughters. They enjoy having fun with dance parties, going for walks on the beach, and playing games on the boardwalk.
Dentistry is not only his passion, but he takes extreme pride and responsibility in his procedures. As a lifelong learner, he is constantly taking CE courses to refine his skills and keep up with the newest technology to provide the most up to date and exceptional treatment to his patients.

Dr. Brian Falk is so nice and really a great dentist. He was able to fix my chipped front teeth and make them look like they were never even chipped. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist (:
As a native of New Jersey, Dr. Falk grew up in Mendham and attended West Morris Mendham High School. During his time in dental school, Dr. Falk completed an externship program at the Philadelphia VA as well as donated his services to various volunteer programs, including Give Kids a Smile. He is an active member of the American Dental Association®, the New Jersey Dental Association and the Middlesex County Dental Society.
He loves spending time with his wife and their two children, Cole and Nico. They enjoy traveling, relaxing at the Jersey shore, and playing ice hockey.
